• We will ship your order by Royal Mail 1st Class (Free, No Del Date Guarantee) or Special Delivery (Next-Day Service) depending on your shipping choice.
• We will ship to the delivery address supplied in your account settings. If you do not suply the correct address we accept no responsibility for any misfortune which occurs to packages in this way.
• Postage rates only apply to orders from UK Mainland. All offshore customers must contact us (info@somethingforyourmind.co.uk) before placing orders as there may be a shipping surcharge involved.

POST - We prefer to use First Class (which is unreliable) or Special Delivery (which is very reliable). SD requires a signature. If you are out you will be carded, please read the instructions on the card. Your dispatch email has a reference number on it use this to and go to www.royalmail.com or call Royal Mail on 08457740740.

We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of.

You may specify a delivery day - we will hold onto your consignment until the day before.

 We accept not responsibility for orders lost in the post if free/first class delivery is selected. Only orders sent by Special Delivery can be tracked.

You must obviously give us the correct delivery address and post code.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of unopened goods up to 28 days after purchase. Buyer pays for postage back to our warehouse (email us for address) and returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
